Short History
           WinSoft Group is an IT specialized company. Founded in 2001 in Constanta, the initial orientation was the pharmacy and drug warehouses management software.
           Due to the fast increase in the number of clients, the central office moved to BUCURESTI and in 2004 became WinSoft Group. Now the company has local offices covering all Romanian counties to improve the service efficiency.
          During the 9 years of existence, we developed, introduced on the market and continuously updated a software solution dedicated to the pharmacy management: PharmaOriginal. Additionally, we created a flexible platform for the general business management: MarketOriginal.
          Besides the software products, the company offers also the hardware equipments and services of consulting and maintenance. 

Structure
Winsoft Group developed divisions as independent companies to increase the capacity to offer a large spectrum of products and services. Central office in Bucharest.
Division WinSoft Services covers the technical assistance and the software maintenance for the pharmacies equipments, instals the operation systems, assures antivirus protection and clean-up, hardware assembly, network connections and internet services. Main office in Bucharest.
Division WinSoft Consulting offers management services and training to the pharmacy staff that will operate the software. Main office in Bucharest.
Division WinSoft Marketing offers assistance and solutions for the design and production of promotional materials and fidelity cards. Main office in Bucharest.
Division WinSoft Int covers the software service and assistance in the central part of the country as well as Bucharest. Main office in Hunedoara.
Division WinSoft Est covers the software service and assistance in Moldova region. Main office in Bacau.
Division WinSoft Sud covers the software service and assistance in the counties of Constanta, Calarasi, Ialomita, Tulcea. Main office in Constanta.
Division WinSoft Vest covers the software service and assistance in the west and northern part of the country. Main office at Timisoara.
 
Portfolio
WinSoft Group, with the software Pharma Original, is the third national competitor on the pharmaceutical management software. From the total of 5000 pharmacies in Romania, our company services over 1200 clients. Still, WinSoft Group had the most dynamic development, considering that in 2005 it related to only 250 clients. 
Through the package Pharma Original - depozit, WinSoft Group offers solutions for the drug wholesalers covering different regions like Arcatim Timisoara, assisting also the 30 pharmacies owned by the Arcatim, Vertex Hunedoara, TIS Brasov, PheonixPharma Bucharest. 
WinSoft Group, with Pharma Original - veterinar, manages the veterinary clinics and drug stores.

Agents
            We built our succes on a team motivated on performance and responsibility. Currently, WinSoft team has 50 agents, each of them being direct WinSoft collaborators. We do not use subcontractors for our services and the company policy stems on building its own team as the optimal solution for the future. 
 
Economical Indicators
WinSoft and its divisions had a turnover in both 2006 and 2007 of more than 1 million euro.
